However, when you are not feeling good on the inside, it’s hard to look after yourself, let alone anyone else. You simply cannot give what you don’t have. So, if you’ve found yourself here because you need a little self-care, we can help.

Our self-care programme aims to deliver the very best of what is right for you.

Each of us is individual, and although our problems and goals may appear the same, each unique body has its own DNA and specific needs. By identifying these needs, we can create bespoke self-care plans for our clients.

Self care can be anything from having support if you're feeling low and have no one to talk to, to losing weight, toning up or maybe find a solution to clear your blemished skin. We will develop a bespoke plan that is just right for you and your body using advanced DNA testing techniques. No more feeling down, bloating, spots, dry skin, tight jeans or low and exhausted.

Our programme identifies your optimal diet type and essentially what your feel-good foods are and which ones are the root cause of your pain points.

The self-care programme consists of two 2.5 hour 1-2-1 sessions where we will carry out complete advanced DNA testing on what is right for you. Based on the results, we will develop a self care plan unique to you and your body to get you back to feeling like the best version of yourself.
