Support For You
With a range of sessions, Its easy to find the right support for you. As well as our group sessions there are also 1:1 sessions and telephone sessions available. Here is how they work -
Group Sessions - The 2 hour group session can be booked via the website. Our group bookings are limited to 15 in one session to give all parents the opportunity to discuss all the support they need. Unfortunately as this is not a play group and we want to give parents the opportunity to get all they can from the sessions without being distracted we can only welcome babies 12 months and under if settled.
These sessions are great for expectant or new mums who want to gain a good routine from early on. We cover everything, from making time for yourself, understanding colic, self esteem, sleep patterns, when to start wearing and everything in-between. We have all your questions covered and are confident you will walk away feeling stronger and more able in every aspect! The group sessions are also a great opportunity to meet other parents. Everyone gets the chance to ask questions about what there finding difficult and need support with so a great place to get lots of great info from not just us but others parents experiences also. Availably on these sessions are Monday - Friday.
1:1 Sessions - These sessions are available for either half or full day and times can be discussed once booked. These are great if your looking for full support on a range of topics. The session takes place at your home and are great for expectant mums up to toddler age. Availability on these sessions are Monday - Sunday.
Phone Sessions - Its not always easy to get away for a few hours so the phone sessions are a way to get the support you need when you need it. You can book these online and we have same day appointments available as well as evening and weekends to ensure the support is there when you need it. Similar to the 1:1 sessions but with out the opportunity to be hands on, all aspects of baby and child topics can be discussed and a solution and plan on how to improve will be in place by the end of the call. Availability on these sessions are Monday - Sunday.
